altFor those investors interested in a low maintenance investment, the developer offers a comprehensive management service. Letting can also be managed by the lettings team in Egypt at the owners request, making this a truly hassle free investment. The economies of the countries around the Persian Gulf have benefited tremendously from the surge in oil prices of the past few years.
Egypt, whose markets are strongly correlated to the Gulf region, occupies a special position. Although only a small net exporter of oil, this most populous country in the Arab world benefits from the accessibility it offers to foreign investors and from the government’s focus on reform.

It is no secret that many equity markets in the Emerging Markets universe have shown impressive returns in recent years. Egypt is without a doubt one of the biggest success stories, with an equity market that added 126% in 2004 and another 162% in 2005.
The country’s main source of foreign income is its tourist industry which is currently growing rapidly. Official figures show that the annual number of British tourists holidaying in Egypt has risen by a third in the last 6 years to 350,000.

With extensive coastlines on both the Mediterranean and Red Seas, Egypt is now further developing its coastlines to boost capacity for the international tourist market As in the rest of the peninsula, Water Sports, particularly diving has long been the main attraction of Hurghada.
The area is renowned for its extraordinary and unique reefs. And for the non-divers, Giftun Island is perfect for snorkelling and as a spot for camping. The dive sights are guaranteed to astound even the most experienced diver, even beginners can enjoy the unique water gardens of the coral reefs close to shore.

Underwater visibility is more than 30 meters and diving is possible up to 45 meters. You can take a day-trip to Giftun Island for snorkelling or a view of the ocean through a glass-bottomed boat or submarine. When you're not in the sea you can shop in the boutiques, relax in the luxury holiday villages, and visit the aquarium or the Roman remains at nearby Gebel Aabu Dukhan.

Day trips or safaris to explore the Red Sea Mountains by camel or jeep are also available.. Also from Hurghada visitors can travel aboard boat to the altexceptional dive sites of Brothers Islands, Ras Mohammed and the Strait of Gubai, where Thistlegorm, the Red Sea’s most well known wreck is found. Merging the old with the new, Hurghada also has something to offer to the history buff.

Jeep safaris can be arranged to visit one or two Roman Sites: Mounts Porphyritis and Mounts Claudianus. As a cultural focal point, Hurghada has some fascinating spots that can be easily visited within one day, including ‘The Monastery of St Paul’ and ‘The Monastery of St Anthony’ . If you are seeking out nightlife, then you will find plenty in Hurghada. There are various nightclubs, bars and pubs that turn this diving town into a party town when the sun goes down. The climate in Hurghada is very mild and the sun shines on average 10.5 hours a day. This pleasant climate has a great therapeutic effect.

The saline, dry air is very good for diseases of the lungs and the respiratory tract and the swimming in the Red Sea often lets skin diseases fade away after a few days because of this high salinity. Here there are seasons with different temperatures. In the spring the temperatures are during the day near 23 - 30°C, during the evening it cools off. In the summer the temperatures can get as high as 40°C but the air is mostly very dry, so that the heat does not feel oppressive. In addition a light north wind guarantees cooling. At night the temperatures do drop but it is still very warm. In the autumn the temperatures are again approx. 30°C with cooler nights. In the winter the temperatures average around 21°C and the water temperature is a little higher than the air temperature.
